WHEN IS BIG COUNTRY BASH 2021?

  • July 2nd & 3rd, 2021

WHAT TIME DO THE GATES OPEN EACH DAY?​​

  • Gates open at 4pm Friday, July 2nd and 12pm (Noon) on Saturday, July 3rd, 2021.

WHEN WILL SET TIMES BE RELEASED? 

WHERE IS BIG COUNTRY BASH LOCATED?

  • Avenue of the Saints Amphitheater & Event Center
    3357 St. Charles Rd, Saint Charles, IA 50240

WILL THERE BE ATM’S AVAILABLE?

  • Yes, there will be ATM's available onsite.

HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO ATTEND?

  • Anyone is allowed to attend, however all attendees including children, will need a ticket! VIP & Platinum ticket holders must be 21+. All children will need tickets, however if you have an infant of 2 years or younger that needs to be carried they will not need one for entry. If you have any other questions just let us know.

WILL THERE BE FOOD/BEVERAGE VENDORS?

  • Food and drink will be available for purchase. Alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, liquor) will be available for purchase to people that are 21+​​.

ARE OUTSIDE FOOD/DRINKS/COOLERS ALLOWED INSIDE THE VENUE?

  • Food, drinks, and coolers are not allowed inside the festival grounds, but are allowed in the campground areas.

ARE BLANKETS, TOWELS, OR CHAIRS PERMITTED INSIDE FESTIVAL GROUNDS AND CAMPGROUNDS??

  • Chairs with legs (this includes low-lying beach chairs) are not allowed in the festival grounds, this includes camping chairs and low chairs. You are welcome to bring any type of legless chair, towel, or blanket. There will be chairs provided in designated areas by the festival, first come, first serve.

WHAT SAFETY MEASURES ARE BEING PUT IN PLACE?

  • Reduced capacity and sanitation stations will be throughout the festival.

WILL THERE BE HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE FACILITIES?

  • Yes! Just check in at the ADA designated check-in area (view map) and we will facilitate any assistance you may need. If you have any questions or additional concerns, please email us at bigcountrybash18@gmail.com.

WILL THERE BE SHUTTLES?

  • Local shuttles will be available from GA parking to the festival grounds. Unfortunately, there will not be shuttles from Des Moines to St. Charles. You can park on-site or utilize our drop-off area located on the map which you can view here: www.bigcountrybash.com/map

CAN I PURCHASE PARKING ON THE DAY OF THE FESTIVAL?

  • Yes, as long as they do not sell out. We recommend buying in advance to avoid any issues.

CAN I PURCHASE A SINGLE DAY PARKING PASS?

  • Yes, but single day passes are only available in the General Parking lot. 

ARE GENERATORS ALLOWED IN RV CAMPING?

  • Yes, generators are allowed to be brought in to both Gold & Silver RV camping. However, only Gold RV Camping has an included 30-amp OR 50-amp power hookup. 

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PLATINUM PACKAGE?

  • The Platinum Festival Passes include all VIP perks plus; Free drinks, access to an elevated platform with unobstructed stage views, complimentary appetizers, reserved parking spot, complimentary camping spot - tent camping only, concierge service, unlimited showers, early entry into festival grounds. This ticket type is 21+ only!

HOW DO I GET A PHOTO/PRESS PASS?

IS CAMPING PER-PERSON OR PER CAR?

  • Camping wristbands are per-person. Each person camping will need their own camping wristband. For instance - if you have 4 people in your party camping in gold camping, all 4 people will need to get a 2-Day Gold Tent Camping pass ($45).

  • You are welcome to visit any camping area with a camping wristband, but you are only allowed to stay overnight and set up camp in your designated area.

WHAT'S ALLOWED INSIDE THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS?

  • For the safety and security of all attendees, there will be metal detectors and bag checks upon entry. Please view the list below to see what you can and cannot bring in specific to different areas of the festival.

  • These items ARE allowed into the festival grounds:

    • YES Masks and hand sanitizer 

    • YES Water bottles and camelpacks (empty) 

    • YES Blankets or legless chairs (see above for more chairs)

    • YES Backpacks

    • YES Point and click film and digital cameras (No detachable lenses, please)

    • YES Sunblock

    • YES Bug spray (The reality of Iowa summers. Do NOT forget your bug spray, people!)

    • YES Strollers (No wagons, please)

  • ​These items ARE NOT allowed into the festival grounds:

    • NO Chairs (there will be chairs provided in designated areas, first come, first serve)

    • NO Glass

    • NO Styrofoam

    • NO Drones

    • NO Drugs

    • NO Laser pointers

    • NO Knives or weapons of any kind

    • NO Pets (service animals are welcome)

    • NO Fireworks

    • NO Professional cameras

    • NO Sun tents

    • NO Umbrellas

    • NO Coolers

    • NO Wagons (strollers are allowed)

    • NO Outside food or beverage (except empty water bottles)
