All dogs are welcome! Dogs must be on a leash and be spayed or neutered. Selling dogs is strictly prohibited at K-9 Karnival. All participants will be asked to sign a release form at the door. If you would like to sign the release agreement ahead of time and bring to the event, please download it here!
